The basis and purpose of data processing

Your personal data (name, surname and e-mail address) will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator in the form of marketing activities regarding the Administrator’s products or services. The legal basis for processing personal data is the provision of art. 6 clause 1 letter f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on data protection) (Text with EEA relevance, hereinafter: GDPR), which enables data to be processed when it is necessary to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests. The purpose of data processing is to conduct marketing activities regarding the Administrator’s products or services.

Data processing time

Your personal data will be processed for the period of conducting a marketing campaign by the Administrator. We won’t store your data for more than 3 months from the date of their collection.
